  9.    │ File Points are earned when you upload files to the BBS.               │

  11.    │ If another user downloads a file that you uploaded, the BBS will give  │

  15.    │ Downloads are costed at 1 File Point for every 10k that you download.  │

  17.    │ The File Point system can be used to advantage if you upload popular   │
